Mortcage (mortcage.nz) is a personal hobby project, inspired and developed with the assistance of AI tools. It is provided free of charge, without warranty, and without any commercial intent. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

All calculations, figures, estimates, and scenarios produced by Mortcage are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, mortgage advice, investment advice, or any other regulated financial service.

Mortcage is free to use. If you find it useful, voluntary contributions via Ko-fi help cover hosting costs and support continued development. Contributions are entirely optional and provide no additional rights, guarantees, or services.
